"I recently brought my Toyota Tundra in for body work and too have some major dents repaired. From the moment I entered their office, I was treated with professional and friendly service. They analyzed the damage and explained that some of the damage would be difficult to repair without cutting out a portion of the cab. I asked them if they could try not to cut away part of the cab and try to repair it. They said they would and they would also repair some of the scratches that were on that side of the truck. A few days later, Jennifer called me to let me know that they were having a lot of difficulty pulling out the creased piece of steel and would need to order another piece of steel to put in its place. This would take a few extra days. I asked them to please try a little more to pull out the piece that was creased. They said they would. In a few days, I received another call from Jennifer telling me they kept a man on it until he was able to pull out the dent and he was successful!! They finished the job on time and it came out excellent!! They refinished the entire side of the truck, it looked beautiful when I picked it up! I would like to thank the team at R Collision Auto Body for the fine workmanship, service and hospitality.
